Return Policy

Return of products purchased on shop.amrel.com

1)      Under certain circumstances, and if done within 15 days of delivery date, a customer may return a product to
         AMREL for a refund.

2)      Customer is responsible for costs of shipping to AMREL. 
3)      Customer must ship the product in appropriate packaging.
4)      Customer assumes risk for damages to products that occur during shipping.
5)      If the product is damaged due to customer negligence and/or improper shipping package, the customer’s refund
         will be reduced in proportion to the damage.

6)      If the product is improperly packaged, the product will be refused, and no refund will be awarded.
7)      Customer must obtain Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before shipping product to AMREL. 
8)      To get a RMA number, please contact Technical Support at (800) 882-6735 or email cdsupport@amrel.com.
          Please provide the following information:

·         Serial number of your AMREL product
·         Description of your problem
·         Your contact information

After you contact Technical Support, and provide them with the appropriate information, they will email you a RMA number. It is then your responsibility to ship your product with your RMA number to:

Important! You must list your RMA number on the shipping label!

9)    No product without a RMA number displayed clearly on a shipping label will be accepted by AMREL. 
10)  Returns must be received within 10 days of the RMA number issuance.
11)  Product will be refused if visibly damaged.
12)  Customer must back up all data before returning item to AMREL. AMREL is not responsible for any data loss.
13)  Customers outside the continental United States may not return the product for a refund.
14)  The return policy is non-transferable; only the customer who bought the product may return it for a refund.
15)  All accessories and peripheral devices must be returned with the product. Otherwise, the product will be refused and
       returned to the customer.

16)  If the returned product does not meet any of the requirements stated above, the product will be sent back to the
       customer "freight collect".
