Warranty

 

1)      AMREL offers a 90- day warranty on parts and labor for products, when it is indicated. If no warranty is indicated,
         product is bought “as is.”

2)      90 days warranty period begins at delivery date.
3)      Warranty covers manufacturer’s defects only. 
4)      Warranties are non-transferable.
5)      Warranties do not cover:

a.      Software
b.     Damage incurred after purchase.
c.     Damage due to negligence or improper use.
d.     Loss of data, loss of income, or any monetary loss due to operation of product. 
e.     Incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product.

6)      Some products purchased on shop.amrel.com are used items.  It is understood that they may have minor cosmetic
         damage, such as scratches, or slightly discolored rubber parts.  Also, individual ports may not work, and individual
         rubber covers for ports may be missing. This warranty does not cover damages of this nature.

7)      Customer is responsible for costs of shipping to AMREL.  AMREL will pay for costs of shipping repaired item back to
         customer.

8)      Customer must ship the product in appropriate packaging.
9)      Customer assumes risk for damages to products that occur during shipping.
10)    Customer must obtain Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before shipping product to AMREL.
11)    No product without a RMA number displayed clearly on a shipping label will be accepted by AMREL. 
12)   To get a RMA number, please contact Technical Support at (800) 882-6735 or email cdsupport@amrel.com.
        Please provide the following information:

·         Serial number of your AMREL product
·         Description of your problem
·         Your contact information

13)  After you contact Technical Support, and provide them with the appropriate information, they will email you a
       RMA number. It is then your responsibility to ship your product with your RMA number to:

Important! You must list your RMA number on the shipping label!

14)  If the product is improperly packaged, the product will be refused, and the warranty will be voided.

15)  Product will be refused if visibly damaged.
16)  Customer must back up all data before returning product to AMREL. AMREL is not responsible for any data loss.
17)  It is recommended that you do not send in additional accessories or peripheral devices when returning products for
       repair. Repair centers will not be held responsible for any lost items.

18)  In the event that AMREL cannot repair a product covered by the warranty (either due to lack of available parts or
       other reasons), AMREL shall either replace the product with an equivalent item or refund the client’s money.

19)  Warranties are not valid outside the continental United States.
20)  If the returned product does not meet the requirements stated above, the product will be sent back to the
       customer "freight collect".

21)  This limited warranty gives customers specific legal rights.  Some customers may also have other rights which vary
       from state to state.

22)  All trademarks or service marks are property of their respective owners.
23)  If customer buys a product “as is,” then they agree that the buyer takes the product at their own risk, without
       recourse against AMREL for their condition or performance.
